Global ISV partner of Acumatica, Orangekloud specializes in building Enterprise Mobile Applications using our No-Code Mobile Development Platform (eMOBIQ®)with fully integrated features for Acumatica. We have also developed Standard Mobile Applications with offline capabilities for Field Services, Field Sales and Construction that will be able to provide uninterrupted services to Acumatica Users particularly in remote locations where Internet connectivity poses a major challenge to uninterrupted service delivery.

As an example, the Field Service Engineer using our Field Services App can download all the relevant Master Data from Acumatica using the published Acumatica APIs onto his mobile device and then continue to work in Offline mode. He is able to view all the Customer Appointments allocated to him by the Acumatica backend Administrator. He can also add and delete line types like services, non-stock items, Inventory items and reference notes as well as attach pictures and generate a standard service report which is saved as a PDF. The Engineer is also able to view the history of past downloaded appointments by customer and equipment’s respectively. He can also add and replace Target equipment’s during the appointments. Finally uploading the completed appointment back to Acumatica when online.
