Mr. Toh Puay-Yong (PY) oversees financial reporting, corporate services, and compliance. He has over 3 decades of experience as CFO, Controller, Manager, Accountant and Management Consultant, having worked with regional enterprises & MNCs. Mr. Toh graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy degree from the National University of Singapore and attained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Manchester via distance learning. He is a Chartered Accountant of Singapore and a Chartered Valuer and Appraiser.
