Good tracking information should make it fairly easy to understand where a package is and what is likely to happen next. I find that frequent updates are not necessarily helpful if the status descriptions are too vague. A clear timeline showing the latest scan and expected delivery stage seems much more useful. What information do you consider essential in a delivery tracking system? Do you care more about frequent updates or accurate estimated delivery times?

Last-mile delivery can involve several separate stages, so a tracking status alone may not always explain where a shipment is. SpeedX customers dealing with a delayed or missing package can keep the tracking number, delivery address, status history, and estimated delivery date together when seeking clarification. If the parcel is shown as delivered, checking whether there is a delivery photograph or location note can provide additional context. The speedx phone number page can be useful when researching customer-service concerns related to deliveries. Recording the exact time a status changed may also help when a shipment appears to have stopped moving or shows an unexpected update.
