ParticipantA refrigerated shipment reached the destination, but one part of the temperature record looks incomplete compared with the rest of the paperwork. The product itself was accepted, so I am not treating this as a lost-load issue. I would keep the question centered on the shipment ID, delivery date, missing data window, and whether Lineage can provide a fuller record for that leg of the trip. The delivery paperwork still shows the full route and receipt time.

ParticipantCold-chain paperwork is easiest for me to review when the shipment itself arrived normally and only one part of the record looks incomplete, so I keep Lineage customer service beside the shipment ID, delivery date, missing temperature window, and receipt time. I’d also keep the route paperwork handy because it shows where the gap sits during the trip. On similar deliveries, separating the product condition from the monitoring record made the question much clearer. I’d ask whether a fuller temperature log can be supplied for that leg rather than treating the accepted shipment as a lost or damaged load.

ParticipantTemperature records are a different issue from product condition, and separating those two makes the shipment question much clearer. If the goods arrived normally but one monitoring window is missing, asking for the fuller log is far more precise than treating the load as damaged.
